Retired star Sergio Aguero has continued his support for the Argentina national team by joining in training ahead of their World Cup final with France.
Aguero, 34, has made appearances throughout the tournament in support for the national side and was even seen getting into a heated confrontation after their quarter-final win over Holland.
Now, the former Manchester City striker has shown his allegiance by joining in preparations ahead of their final game in Qatar and rolled back the years with a thumping strike in training.

The forward appeared in a full kit on the side-lines before later getting involved in some drills
Aguero later appeared on Nicolas Otamendi’s Instagram story and scored a thumping strike
Aguero – who retired from the sport in late 2021 – was seen kitted out and sat on the side-lines during Argentina’s preparations for Sunday’s final.
Later, he appeared on Nicolas Otamendi’s Instagram story performing stretches out on the training pitches in Doha.
Videos also showed him scoring a thumping effort during the training session, reminding everyone how he ended his international career with a 41 goal tally.
The 34-year-old has shown appeared in video calls and on-pitch appearances after games throughout the tournament but this was his first involvement back in full kit for the national side.

The former Atletico Madrid striker hung up his boots in December 2021 after discovering he had heart problems shortly after joining Barcelona.
Since then, he has played an active role in supporting his national team and was seen talking with Lionel Messi over video call earlier in the tournament.
Aguero was told that he was missed by the rest of the national side – having played such a vital role for Argentina throughout his career.
The former striker will be hoping his contributions can be the deciding factor when they take on Didier Deschamps’ France in the final on Sunday.
