Nottingham Forest have reportedly reached an agreement with German side Stuttgart over a deal to sign Belgian midfielder Orel Mangala.
The Premier League new boys have already brought in ten new faces this summer, with the 24-year-old set to become signing number 11.

Multiple sources, including The Athletic, report that a deal is close to being finalised.
Nottingham Forest will pay around £12.75m to sign Mangala, who played 29 times for Stuttgart last term.
The two-cap Belgium international will follow Jesse Lingard, Lewis O’Brien, Harry Toffolo, Brandon Aguilera, Wayne Hennessey, Neco Williams, Omar Richards, Moussa Niakhate, Giulian Biancone and Taiwo Awoniyi through the door.
Manchester United midfielder James Garner was a target following his loan spell at the City Ground last season, however, the youngster is hoping for a chance to impress under new Red Devils boss Erik ten Hag.
“I had a really good season last season – full of confidence, full of experience,” Garner told the PA news agency. “The experience I didn’t have, I feel that now I do have.
“I played in some big pressure games and I just think it’s a new and improved me. It was almost as perfect a loan experience that I could possibly have had.
“I played pretty much every single game, played well and ended up winning promotion. For me, it’s probably the perfect loan.
“However, for me now because I’ve played two seasons back-to-back, where I’ve been playing games non-stop, I don’t really want to stop that.
“I want to play week in, week out. That is of course what I want to do.
“I’m not too sure but pre-season has been good so far and, like I said, hopefully in the next two, three weeks – we’ve still got games left – I can show what I can do.”
The ex-Nottingham Forest loanee made his first appearance of United’s pre-season tour as a second-half substitute in Saturday’s 2-2 draw with Aston Villa in Australia.
Ten Hag said on the eve of the game that he did not yet have a “full impression” of the midfielder and wanted to see more before he made a decision about his short-term future.
“I want to play for United,” Garner said. “Of course that’s obviously my aim.
“But I feel like if I’m not going to be playing as regularly as I would like to then I’m definitely open to going back on loan to a Premier League side.”
