Jude Bellingham ‘could now KEEP his place in the England team to face Wales’, with Mason Mount or Declan Rice dropped for Jordan Henderson… with Gareth Southgate’s team a closely-guarded secret
Jude Bellingham ‘could keep his place in the England team for their showdown with Wales, as Mason Mount or Declan Rice face being dropped’ for Jordan Henderson.
Originally it was thought that the 19-year-old could lose his place after an underwhelming showing in the 0-0 against the USA.
Jordan Henderson is expected to start but according to Sky Sports, one of Mount or Rice could make way.

Bellingham was sensational in England’s 6-2 win over Iran to launch their World Cup campaign.
But the Borussia Dortmund ace found himself subbed off in the second game with England struggling against the USA. Henderson was expected to take his place in midfield but now it has emerged that there could be a different reshuffle.
With England all-but through – only a loss by more than three goals could see them knocked out – Southgate has been urged by plenty of fans and pundits to make wholesale changes.
Gareth Southgate could shuffle the pack for England’s final group game
There have been vociferous calls for Phil Foden to be drafted in after the Manchester City star missed out against the USA.
The game was crying out for a creative spark but Southgate opted to leave him on the bench.
Jack Grealish and Marcus Rashford came on but it remains to be seen how the manager will set his team up for the 7:00pm kick-off.
