Hugo Lloris announces his RETIREMENT from France duty… with the Les Bleus stopper ending his international career after World Cup final heartbreak against Argentina
Hugo Lloris has announced his retirement from international football on Monday evening.
The France goalkeeper, who won a record 145 caps for his country, bows out after the heartbreak of losing the World Cup final against Argentina in Qatar last year.
Les Bleus boss Didier Deschamps said: ‘A very big servant of the French team bows out and I want to salute his exceptional career.’
